Well, my Earpods with lightning connectors stop working every 2-3 months. They'll probably never fix this. We'll just carry around an Earchip in the future where all the music will be consumed in Brainpods.

Seriously you buy #apple products and this is what happens. Crappy issues. Then they want to charge you half of what you paid for it. For issues that aren’t even our fault. Coming from someone that supports them 100% and this is how loyal customers are treated

bought a MacBook air and it was delivered on 25th of October. I unboxed it and the laptop would not switch on at all. The service center says the logic board is faulty,

Apple Store swapped my faulty MacBook no questions asked and gave me an extra charger as apologies. Their customer support is still legit.

My MacBook Pro has an issue with the display. Clearly a fault with the device but @AppleSupport want almost £500 to repair it. Mental.

I bought the MacBook Pro in October 2017. All was well until April 2018, when I started getting glitchy lines in my screen. I went to Apple Store and asked for a repair. I picked it up a week later but it kept shutting down if power was disconnected. Brought it back. Still broke
